Have a hand or wrist injury but still want to practice? Just need to rest your arms or go easy on them for a day? Here’s an option for you!

This flow is an intermediate 75 mins, and has no necessary hand work in the practice.

If you are in the healing process and are using your hands in a minimal amount, there is a couple options for plank pose, but there are other options given if you are not using hands.
